Lighted Boat Parade Registration

Saturday, August 29th, 2020 at Dusk

Boat line up will be at High Rock (the actual rock formation)

Boat line up begins at 7 pm at High Rock (Upper Dells) The parade will head downriver where it will loop around the Railroad bridge (Near Dells Boats Building) and return upriver where the parade will end and boats can go back to their docks. A leading boat will be provided to maintain parade speed and order.

Once the parade begins at least two boat distance must be kept between each unit.

The parade will go downstream to the railroad bridge (Downtown Dells) where it will loop around and end at Drinker’s Landing where you can then go your own way.

Final Parade Information and instructions will be sent to you Monday, August 24th, 2020

BOAT PARADE RULES

1. The parade director/organizing committee has the right to approve or deny your boat

2. Your boat may advertise your business, but No religious or political messages are allowed

3. Practice safe boating

4. Boat line up begins at 7 pm at High Rock

5. Your boat must have lights so it can be seen from shore, the riverwalk, and other viewing points

6. Music is allowed though it may not be heard from the viewing points

7. You must remain in the parade line, no passing other boats or racing

8. By participating you agree to promote the event to your customers and social media followers.

9. There will be a plan b in the case of high water, communication will be sent via email for any last-minute changes

10. Once you submit your application please allow 2 weeks for a response.
