SIGNATURE PACKAGE

FULL FLORAL SERVICE + DECOR RENTALS

Signature Events will be secured as your exclusive florist to maintain quality and style. We’ll create a beautiful custom floral design for your entire event. We have $3,000 minimum order for that during peak season (June-Sept). Our team will deliver, set up/install, break down and pick up all that belongs to us (flowers and decor rentals). 10% of the bill total is added for labor

THE PROCESS

• INQUIRY - After filling out the inquiry form on our website, we’ll reach out to schedule a consultation. After we collect all needed information from you (guest count, Pinterest photos of inspiration, colors, overall vision), we’ll follow up with a Design Board and a Proposal within 7 days

• BOOKING - a signed contract and $750 retainer are required to secure your date with us

• 6-MONTH DESIGN MEETING - you check-in with our Creative Director to review your design and flower order. Any major changes should be discussed at that point. If the event design hasn’t been done yet, this is when we typically take care of that for you. We discuss floral design, decor rentals and styling elements

• 1-MONTH check-in - you’ll receive a DELIVERY AND SET UP QUESTIONAIRY about 5-6 weeks prior to your event, you’ll schedule our final meeting and we’ll nail down all details of your order then. Remainder of the updated invoice is also due 30 days prior to the event

EVENT DESIGN PACKAGE

FULL FLORAL SERVICE + DECOR RENTALS + EVENT DESIGN

The Signature Package PLUS extra help in the design planning process including full custom floral design, decor rentals, linens, lighting, furniture and more styling elements. In addition to all design planning process mentioned above, we’ll also send you quotes and estimates from 3rd party vendors for rentals that we don’t have in our inventory and we’ll work closely with them to ensure a smooth and flawless event production process.

We’ll take care of the entire design process, carefully select flowers and table decor based on your needs and wants, coordinate colors, and ensure the esthetics reflect your vision, the room layout and overall event design. We have a minimum of $5,000 for this package on flowers and decor rentals.

THE PROCESS - the inquiry, booking and planning meetings are the same as mentioned in the Signature Package above. In addition, we contact and collect quotes and estimates from other vendors, and on-site venue visit(s) if necessary. 20% design fee is added to the total of all outsourced rentals and props.
