Process
Booking
A signed contract and $500 retainer secure your date.
Design Check-In
Submit the inquiry form and we’ll schedule a consultation to review your guest count, inspiration, colors, and overall vision. A design board and proposal will follow within 3 days.
Final Details
About 5–6 weeks before your event, we’ll send a delivery and setup questionnaire, schedule a final check-in, and confirm all remaining details. Final payment is due 30 days before the event.
